SAN FRANCISCO – June 1, 2006 –Franz Collection Inc. announced today an exclusive licensing agreement with Kathy Ireland Worldwide (KIWW), a leading design and marketing company founded by CEO and Lifestyle Designer Kathy Ireland. Franz Collection Inc. has partnered with Kathy Ireland to design and manufacture Kathy Ireland Home by Franz — hand sculptured, hand painted porcelain tabletop and decorative accessories. Kathy will work directly with Franz Collection designers in the design and marketing of the collection which will have its soft launch June 2006 at the Atlanta International Gift and Home Furnishings Market.

Starting in June 2006, Kathy Ireland Home by Franz will debut the first beautiful collection, "Luminescence", which is inspired by Kathy’s innovative European Country Style Guide™, to Franz dealers. This collection will appear in stores fall 2006. This is an exclusive collection of hand sculptured, hand painted porcelains that beautifully compliment consumers’ personal style. The collection features a proud peacock in brilliant colors incorporated into a teapot, creamer and sugar jar, cup saucer with matching spoon, tray and vase.
